WHAT DOES THE DISTRICT COMMITTEE CHAIR (DCM) DO?
Summary
The DCM holds regular District 51 meetings for all G.S.R.’s and facilitates communication between local groups and the District and provides a connection between the District and the NIA 20 Area committee so that G.S.R.’s and their groups are informed of issues to be addressed at NIA 20 Area assemblies. The
NIA 20 delegate then takes our Group conscience concerns to the annual General Service Conference.
